L\u00e6g m\u00e6rke til det meget stiliserede, elegante design af konge- og dronningebrikkerne med mini-l\u00f8gkuppelfinale.<\/p><p>Ud over sin \u00e6stetiske charme var dette s\u00e6t i bogstaveligste forstand en slagmark for udviklingen af moderne skak. Dens arv er perfekt indfanget i det ber\u00f8mte fotografi fra den legendariske Carlsbad-turnering i 1929, hvor begivenhedens ultimative vinder, Aron Nimzowitsch, kan ses samlet omkring netop disse brikker sammen med Viktor Tietz og verdensmester Alexander Alekhine.
