Me rr\u00ebnj\u00eb q\u00eb shtrihen mij\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, Nine Men's Morris \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga loj\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb lashta strategjike q\u00eb ka kaluar p\u00ebrmes pellgut t\u00eb bashkuar kulturor t\u00eb Mesdheut, Afrik\u00ebs s\u00eb Veriut dhe Lindjes s\u00eb Mesme. Ky fragment mermeri nga periudha bizantine, i zbuluar gjat\u00eb g\u00ebrmimeve n\u00eb Yenikap\u0131, Stamboll, d\u00ebshmon se loja ishte nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandashme e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb gjall\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb portet e lashta. Forma e tij krejt\u00ebsisht sekulare, abstrakte dhe gjeometrike, e lir\u00eb nga ikonografia fetare, e b\u00ebri at\u00eb nj\u00eb platform\u00eb universale ku njer\u00ebz me besime t\u00eb ndryshme takoheshin p\u00ebrmes rregullave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta p\u00ebr shekuj me radh\u00eb. Teoria e Par\u00eb e Loj\u00ebs Intelektuale: <\/b>Trash\u00ebgimia e Al-Adli Ar-Rumi<\/b><\/p>

Shkruar n\u00eb shekullin e n\u00ebnt\u00eb nga mjeshtri i shahut i njohur si Al-Adli Ar-Rumi, Kitab al-Shatranj \u00ebsht\u00eb vepra e par\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb histori q\u00eb sistematizon thell\u00ebsin\u00eb strategjike t\u00eb loj\u00ebs. Epiteti \u201cAr-Rumi\u201d simbolizon udh\u00ebtimin me shum\u00eb shtresa t\u00eb shahut n\u00ebp\u00ebr Mesdhe, Afrik\u00ebn e Veriut dhe basenin e Lindjes s\u00eb Mesme, duke theksuar lidhjet e tij historike me bot\u00ebn bizantine. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr themelore, Al-Adli jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb klasifikoi formacionet hap\u00ebse (tabiyas) dhe problemet e fundloj\u00ebs (mansubas), por gjithashtu vendosi themelet e teoris\u00eb moderne t\u00eb shahut p\u00ebrmes intelektit kolektiv t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rajoni t\u00eb gjer\u00eb.
